Below, is a brief (for now) description/history of the 1941 Ford pickup that I recently purchased in Sandpoint ID. I am the third owner (from new) of the vehicle. Russ & Diane G were the 2nd owners having purchased it in about 1965 from a farmer in the Portland Oregon area, as you can see from the first photo, the truck began life as a flatbed and  Russ converted it to a pickup. Initially, around 1965 Russ disassembled the truck and the parts were stored undercover until 2014 when the restoration was started, The photos below depict some of the restoration. I also have considerable receipts that I am arranging by date and will present here to more accurately give a timeline of the restoration. The truck is in excellent condition with the exception of the T-10 transmission (jumping out of gear in 2-3rd) which I will replace with an automatic, either a c-4 or an AOD (probably in June).  STAYTUNNED…...
